Adult French – Beginner A1 (Once a Week)
Who it’s for: Adults with little to no prior knowledge of French who want to build a solid foundation for travel, work, or personal enrichment.
Level: CEFR A1 (Beginner)
Schedule Options:
Weekday evening: Tuesday 6:30–8:30 PM
Saturday morning: 10:00–12:00 PM
Format: 1 class per week | 2 hours | 10 weeks = 20 hours total
Group Size: Minimum 4 students to launch | Maximum 8 students
What you will learn (A1 outcomes):
Greet people and introduce yourself and others
Exchange basic personal information (name, age, nationality, family, occupation)
Order food and drinks in a restaurant or café
Shop for everyday items, ask about prices and quantities
Talk about daily routines, likes, and dislikes
Ask and answer simple questions in familiar situations
Understand and use basic survival phrases while traveling
Methodology:
Interactive, communicative approach with real-life role-plays, cultural activities, and structured practice. Classes include speaking, listening, reading, and writing, with an emphasis on oral communication.
