At IDEA Lab Kids, our mission is to provide every child with a safe, engaging, educational, and joyful afterschool experience. The following policies help ensure consistency, safety, and a high-quality program for every family we serve.

Tuition is prorated by start date.

Students who were enrolled school year 2025-2026 please contact campus for discount code to save $50 off registration

IDEA Lab Kids-Spring Branch does offer a 5 percent off sibling discount

Schedule Changes:

Families choosing a 3-day or 4-day schedule must select their attendance days during enrollment.
Scheduled attendance days remain the same throughout the school year unless approved by the Program Director.
Requests to permanently change enrollment days require at least 7 days written notice and are subject to availability.

Tuition:

Tuition reserves your child's space and is based on enrollment, not attendance.
Tuition is due regardless of absences, holidays, school closures, vacations, or illness.
Payments are processed automatically on the 1st of each month
Declined transactions may be subject to additional fees.

Withdrawal Policy:

Families wishing to withdraw must submit a written notice at least 30 days before the child's last day of attendance. Failure to provide proper notice may result in continued tuition responsibility during the notice period.
