Our Conversation Refresher program is designed for adults who have studied French before but feel they have lost confidence, vocabulary, fluency, or ease when speaking.

This group is ideal for learners who may understand some French, recognize familiar words, or remember basic grammar, but hesitate when it is time to speak. The focus is not on starting from zero, but on helping adults reactivate what they already know and use French more naturally in real-life situations.

Each class focuses on practical communication, pronunciation, listening comprehension, vocabulary building, sentence structure, and guided conversation practice in a supportive small-group setting.

Whether you studied French in school, used to speak French years ago, are preparing for travel, or simply want to feel more comfortable holding a conversation, this program gives you the structure, repetition, and encouragement needed to rebuild confidence.

Learning Approach

Each class combines structure and practice. Students will review useful vocabulary and sentence patterns, then apply them through guided conversations, partner activities, role play, listening exercises, and real-life speaking scenarios.

The goal is to help learners move from “I understand some French” to “I can participate in a simple conversation with more confidence.”
