Jaseurs – (Ages 6–7)

Jaseurs is a lively and interactive French program designed for children ages 6 to 7 who are building the foundations of confident French communication. Through guided conversation, games, stories, reading, vocabulary activities, and collaborative learning, students strengthen their ability to understand, speak, read, and begin expressing themselves more independently in French.

The program follows a progressive curriculum throughout the school year, allowing children to continuously expand their vocabulary, improve pronunciation, develop early literacy skills, and become increasingly comfortable using French in everyday situations.

Skills progression:

  • Build confidence speaking French in short conversations and classroom interactions.
  • Understand and respond to increasingly detailed questions and instructions.
  • Expand vocabulary related to school, family, hobbies, food, weather, routines, community, and everyday life.
  • Develop stronger pronunciation and listening comprehension.
  • Read and understand short age-appropriate French texts.
  • Build simple sentences and begin producing short written responses.
  • Strengthen understanding of basic French grammar and sentence structure.
  • Participate in stories, games, role-play, discussions, and collaborative activities in French.

Schedule:
Wednesday, 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM

Class size: Small-group format for greater individual attention — maximum 8 students, minimum 4 students required to launch the class.

Format: 1.5-hour weekly class. Ongoing monthly subscription with continuous enrollment throughout the school year.

Monthly tuition: $229 per month

Make-up option: Eligible missed classes may be made up in another appropriate equivalent section when available for a $10 booking fee. Make-up classes are subject to availability and program conditions.

Cancellation: 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel enrollment.

Registration is subject to LPE’s School-Year Group Program Terms & Policies.
