Campers will explore international cuisine as they learn how to prepare Jollof Rice, a beloved West African dish, and Italian Herb Biscuits, inspired by classic European flavours. Through hands-on cooking, children will discover how ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques vary across cultures bringing geography, math, and science to life in the kitchen.
Throughout the camp, participants will build essential culinary skills such as measuring, mixing, following recipes, kitchen safety, and teamwork. The camp includes guided cooking projects, cultural exploration, and creative food challenges, all designed to boost confidence and curiosity.
By the end of the camp, campers won’t just leave with new recipes, they’ll leave with a greater appreciation for cultures around the world and the joy of learning through food.
